What to expect next:

1. We will review your request and a member of our team will reach out to confirm your free 1:1 virtual/phone consultation so you can feel comfortable in deciding if we are the best fit for your concierge needs.
2. After the consultation, if you would like to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your travel concierge.
3. You will receive a personalized itinerary and destination advice for all travelers within 3 days of deposit payment confirmation.
4. Once you have reviewed and confirmed that the experience created is to your satisfaction, the final 50% payment will be due. Final payment must be made at least 60 days before your travel departure date.
5. Now you’re all set! We will keep you notified and will be available 24/7 via phone and email for the duration of your trip.
